Post apocalyptic& Post apocalyptic 2 - A Girl And Her Dog

I’m pleased to announce that my official website has launched! Head on over to brianjsmithart.com, it’s part of Tumblr so you can follow it if you’d like. It doesn’t follow anyone because it’s not a personal Tumblr blog, so please don’t be offended if it doesn’t follow you back.
All new artwork that I make will be posted there first, and then maybe reblogged here…Dangerous Days has become more and more of a personal blog rather than my art blog, so if you’re interested in seeing the new artwork I do, then it’s very important that you head on over to brianjsmithart.com. And I may be doing a giveaway in a week or two to celebrate it’s launch as well as offering discounts and coupons on my Etsy store so follow that blog and stay tuned!
I thought I’d post a bunch of these together for you all to enjoy.
These are only nine images from an Illustrated Guide to Star Trek Food and Beverages that I’m working on. There will be 45 total beverages and 20 total food items. Also included in the book will be food and alcoholic drink recipes, all of which I plan on creating from scratch with a friend of mine, who is a professional bartender.
Please don’t reblog this saying I missed this drink or missed that drink, or why the hell isn’t there Scotty drinking Scotch, or why isn’t there Scotty’s mysterious green drink (which is Aldebaran Whiskey by the way)?!?!?! Trust me, whatever you can come up with, it’s on my to do list. I’m not a casual Star Trek fan…Star Trek is my life.
Wesley Crusher, our Savior.
When I started Illustrating a portrait of Wes, I had no idea I was gonna turn him into a saint… but he did save the Enterprise three and a half times as a teenager sooo…
I’ve been working on this the past couple of days. It kind of started as a kind of power metal band tour t-shirt but then I figured I’d just let it simply be Star Trek: The Next Generation, and nothing else. I really really want this as a shirt…
Print available at my Etsy shop.
Oooh My’s!
A shirt design inspired by George Takei/Sulu.
Shirt designs are always limited from four to six colors, so now I have to go work on this some more so I can add more colors and detail so I can use it for other things rather than just a shirt. (Although I do really like the simplicity of this one).
I’ve started working on my Illustrated Star Trek book again!
For those who don’t know I’m creating, more or less, a guide to Star Trek food and beverages and creating Illustrations for each item.
In a couple weeks this will also be available as a soap named Riker’s Risa Vacation, which will have a manly Bay Rum scent on the By Durin’s Hammer Etsy Shop, a store ran by my fiance and myself.
